“Scream 4″ news & tidbits – IIIf you are following us on Twitter you probably already know about these things, but for those of you who don’t here’s our weekly “Scream 4″ round-up post: On Wednesday June 30 Lauren Graham confirmed on “The Tonight Show” that she was no longer part of the project due to a scheduling conflict, which likely refers to her NBC series “Parenthood”. On the same day, Salon Vox (that previously played hairdresser to Nico) posted on their Facebook account that actress Marley Shelton visited their Ann Arbor salon in preparation for the movie. On July 1, Heat Vision Blog broke the news that Shelton was joining the cast (taking the role previously dropped by Lake Bell), together with “The O.C.” star Adam Brody (playing a cop who recently graduated from college) and Erik Knudsen (as a character who is familiar with horror movie conventions). On the same day, The Wrap exclusively reported that Alison Brie and Mary McDonnell were added to the cast.
